Lightning fast, glacier slow,

He leaves you in shock,

And doubt the clock,

The invincible illusionist;

You find him, if you like him,

You hate him, you won't find him;

Elusive to sneak a peek,

Wizard of hide and seek;

Pal stealer, this thief,

Can give you grief;

Yet he is also a healer,

Mends your broken heart;

A hard taskmaster,

Gives you testing times,

If you are his apprentice,

Shows you a good time;

Time is only one,

But dons many a mask;

Eternal in existence,
